Terms and condition for investing Debt Fund in BreedRight solutions:

BreedRight solutions, a company focused on organizing goat farming in India, is conducting a fundraising campaign to raise capital for its operations. The following are the terms and conditions for debt fund which is invested by and individual or company.

The target fund raise is Rs 1,65,00,000/- (Rupees One crore sixty-five lacs only)

  1. Lock-in Period: The Lender agrees to keep the Principal Amount invested with the Company for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of this Receipt (“Lock-in Period”). Premature withdrawal is not allowed during this period.
  2. Interest Rate: The Company shall pay interest on the Principal Amount at the rate of 12% per annum (“Interest Rate”).
  3. Interest Payment: Interest shall be paid quarterly from the date of investment till the day lender intends keep the investment with the company.
  4. Maturity: After the Lock-in Period, the Company shall repay the Principal Amount to the Lender within 30 days if the lender intends to withdraw and provides us advance notice.
  5. Default: In the event of default, the Company shall pay interest at the rate of 18% post lock-in period.
